6 Pocket Divider/Rounder
Everything has a beginning so does the industrial roll bread lines of PROMAC and it starts with the 6 pocket divider rounder (head machine). The settings are made easily due to the PLC controlled touch screen platform. Mechanical settings are simply carried out and easy to learn.
Information on usage can be stored in memory and can be retrieved whenever needed. Daily cleaning are made easy thanks to effortless removal of parts, same with maintenance requirements. Parts can easily be disassembled, replaced, and put back together. The speed of all belts can be adjusted to desired level. Electrical and electronic faults that may occur are displayed on the touch screen. If requested remote access option can be added.
The chassis of the machine is made up from 304 quality stainless steel, surfaces that come in contact with dough are also made up from 304 stainless steel. Weight range is as follows: 1 - 3.88oz 1.41 - 5.64oz 1.76 - 6.34oz 2.46 - 7.05oz Different outer drums are used for different weight ranges. Average dividing and rounding speed is approx. 11.000 pcs/h. hamburger, rolls and pastry dough are cut also at 11.000 pcs/h, for bagel, sandwich and brotchens the cutting speed reduces to 7.000 pcs/h due to secondary forming performed on the dough. Since very little flour is used in the dough section it provides a clean working environment and the amount of flour used can be adjusted as pleased. The lubrication system is automatically adjusted during the dividing and rounding process. Unlike volumetric dividers it does not wear pulp due to non-pressurized cutting.
